Text message alerts

KJ Cafes sends operational text messages to our own employees and to the service vendors we contract with. That includes repair work orders, work-order status updates, scheduling changes and operational alerts for our cafés. There is no marketing in this program, and we never text guests.

How people join

People join by choosing to, and we keep a record of it:

• Employees opt in on a one-time consent screen in our internal staff app, shown during onboarding.
• Service vendors opt in by texting START to our number themselves, after we invite them to in their vendor agreement or onboarding email.

Consent is never a condition of employment or of doing business with us.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with what is happening at the cafés. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Stopping messages, and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You can reply HELP for help, or email info@kjcafes.com with any question about the program.

Your information

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms & Conditions.
